The quickest and most convenient way to order is by using our shopping cart. Just click the "Add To Button" next to the items you wish to buy and follow the check-out instructions in the shopping cart when you have finished. You will receive an eMail confirming your order within minutes.

Availability.....
Subject to availability (someone may have ordered it a few moments before you and before we had time to update the website), everything you see on our website is for sale and it's in stock, ready to be sent. If you can't see what you want, or should you have any questions regarding our products, please don't hesitate to eMail us.

Payment.....
All prices are in US$ but we will accept payment in either GB£, EU€ or US$. Our shopping cart is operated by PayPal.com and you can pay using any major credit card, debit card or e-check. PayPal will automatically convert the US$ amount to that of your native currency so you don't have to worry about currency conversion.
If you do not wish to use our shopping cart or pay using PayPal then please eMail us.
All orders must be prepaid in full before shipping.

Additional Charges.....
Except from the cost of shipping there are NO additional charges to those prices stated on our website. Any applicable taxes or import fees imposed on your order by your own country are your responsibly. If you have any concerns the please eMail us.

Shipping Prices & Services.....
We operate a "One-World Shipping Policy" which means there is a set fee for shipping regardless of where you are in the world. This fee is charged per order with a small per-item fee based on the weight and size of that item. Shipping fees are revealed to you in the shopping cart before you commit yourself to the purchase.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail by either First Class Recorded Delivery (for our U.K. customers) or AirMail (for all international customers). Your order will be delivered by your national postal carrier (ie; Royal Mail, USPS etc). Additional shipping services are available (see left) and must be ordered at the time you place your order. We aim to send all orders within 48 hours for delivery world-wide within 7 days but please allow 20 days in the event of unforseen circumstances. Please note that we do not accept responsibility or liability for any item(s) delayed, lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance is optional and your responsibility.

We stand by each and every item that we sell with a lifetime guarantee that it's exactly what we advertise it as; authentic as described. We started back in 1977 as purely educational, we met a lot of people in key places and positions within the space industry and it's these resources, built up over 25 years, that allows us to offer such a wonderful array of space memorabilia and to be certain that each item we offer you is authentic as described. Where possible and applicable each item is supported with "official documentation" issued by the appropriate space authorities such as NASA, ESA, RSA or individual Astronauts. The item description will confirm whether any additional information is included and exactly what form it is. We visit most of the world's major space centers each and every year to meet with our friends within the space industry. We vet every item we offer for sale and remain firmly confident on the authenticity of all our items. If you require a more formal guarantee from us then please request a "Letter Of Authenticity" when you place your order. Should you ever have any questions or concerns regarding the authenticity of items on our website then please do not hesitate to eMail us.

Returns Policy.....  
We welcome you to study our descriptions, images, to contact us with any questions you may have and to consult whatever external expert authorities you may desire to evaluate our products before making your decision and commitment to purchase. In the highly unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it to us in the original condition for a refund or direct replacement. Please contact us first so that we can advice you on returning the item(s) and expect delivery. Refunds will be made using PayPal.com to the purchase price only less a 20% handling and re-stocking fee. This new policy overrides our original "no-returns" policy is effective from 20th June 2005. All returns must be made within 30 days from date of order purchase and payment.
ALL DVD's, VIDEOS, CLOTHES AND CONSUMABLES ARE EXCLUDED FROM OUR RETURNS POLICY.

Descriptions & Images.....
We are collectors ourselves and understand the importance of an accurate description. We check the condition of each and every item available for sale and report this condition in the item description. Where more than one is/was available, the images usually portrays the condition of the best one available. As always, we welcome you to eMail us should you have any questions or require additional images.

Discounts.....
Yes we do offer discounts but only on invitation so please don't ask..... unless your purchase is for educational needs in which case please eMail us for details.

Reservations / Layaways.....  
As a result of voluntary customer feedback on occupations, holidays, pay-days and financial obligations we are pleased to extend our reservations and layaways policy effective 20th June 2005. You may now reserve a maximum of any five items for a period of 30 days pending payment in full. You may now reserve a maximum of any five items for a period of 30 to 90 days pending a non-refundable 20% deposit and the remaining payment in full before 90 days has expired. All orders must be prepaid in full before shipping.

We never, under any circumstances, give your details to anyone outside our organization. All dealings are done with the strictest confidence and privacy. We do not keep any information; personal, payment and contact information on record after the transaction is complete.
