 - Official Soviet Vladimir Komarov Postcard

Official Soviet postcard featuring Voskhod 1 Cosmonaut Vladimir Mikhailovich Komarov and featuring the official Soviet postal stamp issued to commemorate the flight. Cancelled in Moscow on Cosmonautics Day 1965. Two years later Komorov would fly the first manned flight of the Soyuz spacecraft and become the first man to die during a space mission. Minor crease in top left corner (exaggerated in our enlarged image).

Voskhod 2
 - Commemorative Stamp Panel

The original and official Soviet Union produced and issued stamp celebrating the Voskhod 2 mission and the triumphant 1st walk in space. Stamp is part of a larger commemorative sheet as issued and illustrated. Measures 3" x 4.5". Limited availability and great low price. A high quality production in absolutely mint condition.

 Voskhod 2 / Pavel Belyayev
 - 60th Birthday Memorial Postcard

Original Soviet postcard issued in 1985 to commemorate what would have been the 60th birthday of Voskhod 2 cosmonaut Pavel Belyayev who died in 1970. Belyayev was prime crew to fly Vostok 8 mission early 1963 which was to be a high altitude manned mission to the lower Van Allen radiation belt but the mission was cancelled. Measures 6" x 4" and features Pavel Belyayev in his military uniform. Never used. Mint condition.
